After the final acceptance and announcement of the presentation by the conference, it is necessary for the presenter to prepare a video of her presentation within a maximum of 15 minutes and email the file to the conference secretariat.

It is also necessary to be present during the conference at the time of planning in order for the presentation video to be shown.
