Responsibilities of the Author / Submitting Author

  The submitted paper is the original research work of the author and their co-authors. Wherever the scholarly work of others has been used, the relevant sources have been properly cited in accordance with established scholarly standards and practices.

  The submitted paper, any translation of it, or any paper with substantial overlap has not previously been published in a journal or presented at a conference and is not currently under consideration elsewhere.

  All authors are fully aware of and agree to the scientific content, the order of authorship, the identifying information, and the institutional affiliations stated in the paper.

  If any research misconduct, fraud, or violation of the above provisions is established, the author shall bear responsibility for the resulting consequences, and the Conference Secretariat may take action in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Ethical Use of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence tools must be used responsibly and transparently throughout the research process. Authors must review and verify any content generated or edited. Authors must review and verify any content generated or edited using these tools and assume of their paper.

  If AI-generated content is used, including text, images, figures, tables, or code, the use of the relevant tool must be disclosed in the paper in accordance with IEEE policies.

  Artificial intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors of a paper. Human authors retain ultimate responsibility for the paper's content, references, data, and results.

  All content, data, and references generated or suggested by artificial intelligence tools must be reviewed by the authors and verified for scientific and factual accuracy.

  Confidential information, personal data, personally identifiable data, or unpublished content must not be entered into artificial intelligence systems.
